Return Policy

Please note that for any Products, returns will only be accepted where the Products are returned in a good and saleable condition (other than where the Products were not in a good and saleable condition when You received them).

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to raise a return of products within your order history on your account.

You may return items in a new and unused condition, in the original packaging exactly how they were purchased at the time of ordering; for example no missing items from packs and or cartons. If broken packs or cartons are sent back the full amount of these will be deducted from the refund total and treated as a restocking fee.

We will refund you using the same means of payment as you used to pay for your order or purchase.
We reserve the right to make a deduction from the amount of the refund for loss in value of the goods returned where the goods show signs of unreasonable use; for these purposes, unreasonable use includes handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. We may withhold any refund until we have received the goods or you have supplied proof of return for the goods.

Returns and refunds are void if the item has been washed by yourself or a customer and or if the item has been personalised.

Received the wrong item / faulty Goods

If you have received the wrong item in your order you will need to contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods. We will require you to send the incorrect item back to us. Where the goods are being returned because they are faulty or incorrect at the time of receiving them, we will meet the cost of return delivery but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier.

Return postage costs will not be covered if you change your mind on an order, ordered the wrong item OR if you are putting in a claim after 7 days of receipt regardless if an item is faulty or incorrect. No claims will be entertained after 7 days of receipt. Please note that under no circumstances will claims be entertained if the garments have been further processed i.e. printed, embroidered, washed

Carriage costs are not refundable.
